List current project batch jobs

Lists running and pending batch operations for a project. Completed operations are included only if they are no more than one hour old; users without permission to view all operations see only their own. A 200 response contains the matching batch jobs.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when the request is invalid, a 401 when authentication is missing or invalid, a 403 when access is forbidden, and a 404 when the project is not found. The projectId path parameter must identify an existing project.
