Get disabled languages for a localization key

Retrieves the languages in which a localization key is disabled. Use the project and key identifiers to look up the disabled-language list for a specific key.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when a path parameter is malformed. A 401 is returned when authentication is missing or invalid. A 403 is returned when the authenticated user lacks access. A 404 is returned when the project or key cannot be found. The id path parameter and projectId path parameter must identify the key and its project.
