List user roles and their scopes

Lists available user roles and the scopes associated with each role. Use the returned mapping to inspect permissions such as translations.view and keys.edit when determining which scopes are assigned to a role.

Error handling

A 400 indicates an invalid request, a 401 indicates missing or invalid authentication, a 403 indicates insufficient access, and a 404 indicates that the requested resource was not found. Inspect the roles mapping to see the scopes available for each role.
