Update project translation memory settings

Updates the write-only-reviewed setting for a project's own translation memory. Set writeOnlyReviewed to control whether only translations in the REVIEWED state are written to that memory. When enabled, translations that move back to TRANSLATED or UNTRANSLATED also remove their entry; TMX imports and direct translation memory browser edits bypass this filter.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when the request is invalid, a 401 when the request is unauthenticated, a 403 when the authenticated user cannot change the setting, and a 404 when the project or its project-type translation memory is not found. The projectId path parameter must identify the project. The request body must include writeOnlyReviewed as a boolean.
