Import a TMX file into a translation memory

Imports entries from a TMX file into a translation memory. Send the file as multipart form data and use overrideExisting to control whether existing entries are overridden; this parameter defaults to false. The response reports how many entries were created, skipped, and updated.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when the request or uploaded file is invalid, a 401 when authentication is missing or invalid, and a 403 when the authenticated user lacks access. A 404 is returned when the organizationId path parameter or translationMemoryId path parameter does not identify an available resource. Include the file field in the multipart form data; overrideExisting defaults to false when omitted.
