Get a translation comment

Retrieves a specific comment from a translation in a project. Use the translation and comment identifiers to locate the record. The response includes the comment text, state, author, and timestamps.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when the request parameters are invalid. A 401 is returned when authentication is missing or invalid, a 403 when you lack permission, and a 404 when the comment, translation, or project cannot be found. The translationId path parameter, commentId path parameter, and projectId path parameter must identify the comment and its containing resources.
