Update machine translation settings

Updates machine translation settings for a project. Supply settings with the language-specific service configuration, including a serviceType for each enabled service.

Machine translation settings grouped by target language. Provide the settings array with the service configuration for each language.

Error handling

A 400 is returned for an invalid request; a 401 is returned when authentication is missing or invalid; a 403 is returned when the authenticated user lacks permission; and a 404 is returned when the project or settings are not found. The projectId path parameter must identify the project, and settings must be provided; each enabledServicesInfo item must include serviceType, and enabledServices and primaryService must use an accepted service value.
