List possible task assignees

Lists users who can be assigned to tasks in a project. Filter the candidates by user ID, scope, language permissions, or search text to find suitable assignees. Use page and size to paginate the results.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when the request is invalid; a 401 indicates missing or invalid authentication, and a 403 indicates access is denied. A 404 is returned when the project or a referenced resource cannot be found. The page query parameter must be 0 or greater, and the size query parameter must be at least 1.
