Set a translation's outdated flag

Sets whether a translation is marked as outdated because its base-language translation changed. Supply state as a boolean to set the outdated flag on the translation identified by projectId and translationId. The response includes the updated translation state.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when the request is invalid, including when state is not a boolean value. A 401 is returned when the request has no valid authentication, and a 403 is returned when the authenticated user lacks permission to update the translation. A 404 is returned when the specified project or translation cannot be found.
