Update project QA check settings

Updates the QA check settings for a project. Supply settings as a map of QA check names to WARNING or OFF to configure how each check is applied.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when settings is missing or a setting value is invalid; each value must be WARNING or OFF. A 401 is returned when the request is unauthenticated, and a 403 is returned when the authenticated user cannot update the project's QA settings. A 404 is returned when the project cannot be found; the projectId path parameter must identify the project.
