Set the quick-start guide open state

Updates whether the quick-start guide is open. Set open to true or false to change the guide's open state, and use the returned state to see the resulting guide settings.

Error handling

The open path parameter must be a boolean. A 400 indicates an invalid request, a 401 indicates missing or invalid authentication, a 403 indicates insufficient access, and a 404 indicates that the requested resource was not found.
