Create translation memory entries for multiple target languages

Creates translation memory entries for multiple target languages in a single atomic operation. Supply sourceText and at least one item in translations, with a target language tag and text for each item. All entries are created together or none are, and a target language must not appear more than once in the request.

Error handling

A 400 is returned for an invalid request body, a 401 when authentication is missing or invalid, and a 403 when the authenticated user lacks access. A 404 is returned when the organizationId path parameter or translationMemoryId path parameter does not identify an available resource. The body must include sourceText and translations; translations must contain at least one item, each item must include targetLanguageTag and targetText, and a target language must not appear more than once. Text fields must be at most 10,000 characters, and targetLanguageTag must be 1 to 20 characters without a comma.
